Bio
Jessica G. Weinberg works with clients primarily in estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts. She advises high net worth individuals and families with a view toward integrating their business and estate planning goals. Jessica implements estate plans through the use of wills, revocable trusts, defective grantor trusts, insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, dynasty trusts, limited liability companies and other gifting techniques.
She received a B.A. magna cum laude from Emory University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. She received her LL.M (Taxation) from New York University.
