David A. Weintraub received a B.S. cum laude, and an M.B.A. from State University of New York at Buffalo, his J.D. magna cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University, where he was a member of the Justinian Society and the Law Review, and an LL.M (Taxation) from New York University. He is a co-author of the BNA Tax Management Portfolio Tax Court Litigation. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
