     JoAnn Luehring
 
JoAnn Luehring represents both public charities and private foundations in all aspects of their operations, from creation and securing tax exemption through general operations, special ruling requests, development and donor advice, opinion letters and dissolution. In her estate and charitable gift planning practice, she handles charitable remainder and lead trusts, family limited partnerships, grantor retained annuity trusts, insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and joint purchases, as well as retirement and testamentary planning and documentation.

She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi at Kansas State University, where she received an M.A. and B.A. She received her J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), where she was a Law Review editor and member of the Order of the Coif.
