Chase B. Steinlauf advises clients on compliance issues relating to tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements.

He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Duke University, his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law. He served as Senior Editor on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.
